Join a Grace Group: Local and Online Christian Mental Health Support
Find a Faith-Based Support Group for Your Journey
Looking for a Christian mental health support group? The Grace Alliance offers a global network of Grace Groups—local and online communities where you can find evidence-based recovery tools and Biblical encouragement for anxiety, depression, trauma, and any mental health challenge (for individuals and families).
What to Expect in Grace Alliance Grace Group.
1) Safe and supportive group leader and community who truly understand your experience — no judgment or shame.
2) A workbook that guides healthy discussions, tools to use, and encouragement for wherever you are in your Christian journey — a supportive community for transforming growth (groups for individuals, students, families).
3) Overall, whichever group you’re in, it will feel more than a “support group.” It will feel like the discipleship group you’ve been wanting to experience within your mental health journey (individual or family).
